For a major Sydney based educational institution, we were engaged to prepare an assessment of their asset management and backlog requirements, and provide forecast scenarios and funding strategies to mitigate the existing risks. In a further engagement we defined, developed and project managed transparent and inter-related operational systems together with associated IT tools for their capital projects, and maintenance divisions which streamlined their loading, planning, quote to cash, forecasting, cashflow and evaluation processes. These systems enhanced the change management program by providing seamless integration between divisions.
